通心络治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床研究

Study of Tongxinluo in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

目的探讨通心络胶囊对周围性面神经麻痹的治疗效果。方法随机将126例周围性面神经麻痹的病例分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予常规治疗加通心络胶囊和单纯给予常规治疗。比较2组的治愈率和达到治愈或好转时的治疗时间。结果通心络胶囊治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组,而达到治愈或好转的治疗时间明显少于对照组。结论通心络胶囊用于治疗周围性面神经麻痹可以明显提高疗效和缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods One hundred and twenty-six cases of peripheral facial paralysis cases were divided into treatment group and control group, randomly, and were given general treatment plus Tongxinluo capsule and regular treatment, respectively. The cure rates of two groups and treatment time of achieving the cure or improvement were compared. Results The cure rate of Tongxinluo capsule treatment group were significantly higher than control group, the treatment time to achieve cure or improvement was obviously less than that of control group. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can significantly improve the efficacy and shorten treatment time, it is worthwhile to clinical application.
