摘要 首先对600MW机组闭式循环冷却水泵(闭冷泵)变频改造实施过程进行了阐述,给出了改造过程中为保证系统可靠性所采取的措施;并对改造后的节能效果和安全可靠性进行了分析。因为此次技术改造实现了对闭式循环冷却水的压力PID闭环控制,除节电外,停止了对闭冷水再循环门的频繁操作,降低了闭冷水系统的压力,减轻了各冷却器调门的磨损,缓解了系统对管网密封性能的破坏,延长了设备的使用寿命,减小了维护量。最后提出了维护过程中应注意的一些要点。 The process of 600 MW unit closed circulating cooling water pumps frequency conversion retrofit was introduced,the measures for ensuring the system reliability and analyzed energy saving effect and safe reliable bene-fits after reformation were offered. Because this technical retrofit realized the PID close-loop control of closed circulating cooling water system,the frequency operation of recycle valve was avoided besides energy saving. And the pres-sure of the closed circulating cooling water system reduced,which would alleviate the valves’wear of coolers,ease the destroy of pipelines sealing performance,extend the service life of equipments and decrease the maintenance cost. At last some points for maintenance were given.
