摘要
英语教师校本培训是学生、学校及英语课程发展的重要途径。以四川高中新课程改革为背景,透析出大学与高中英语在教学中的不衔接问题源于两种教育的差异性,并对高中英语新课程标准与大学英语教学改革文件要求进行解读,以找出两种教育融合的发展趋势,从而提出高师院校与高中英语教师"双元双向"校本培训的创新策略,以期实现大学与高中英语的有效衔接。
School-based training of English teacher is a very important way for the development of students,school,and English curriculum.Taking the curriculum reform in high school as background,this paper analyzes the non-coherence between college English and high school English and finds that the non-coherence results from the difference between them.Meanwhile,the author studies the new curriculum standard of high school English and teaching reform of college English to come up with the development tendency of integration of the two kinds of instruction.At last,the author puts forward innovative strategy that carries out "dual two-way" school-based training for teachers in normal university and high school,hoping to achieve coherence between college English and high school English.
