摘要
劳动合同制和聘用制使大学从过去依靠传统的国家事业编制约束逐渐转化为依靠契约约束,其中隐性的心理契约作为与显性的书面契约相对应的一种非制度性安排,正在对大学教师管理和教学、科研产生越来越大的作用。文章在对心理契约文献进行综述的基础上,以独立学院为例分析教师的学校心理契约构成和教师心理契约构成,并对构建教师心理契约提出建议。
Because of labor contract system and employment system,college management transfers from relying on the past traditional government financial manning quotas to relying on contracts.In which implicit psychological contract as a non-institutional arrangement is playing more and more important role in teachers' management,scientific research and teaching.Based on the literature review,the paper takes independent college as an example,analyses the composition of psychological contract of teachers about college and themselves,and puts forward proposals about how to build the psychological contract.
