中国—东盟自由贸易区已正式建成,我国对经管类高级应用型人才的需求更加迫切。为了更好地抓住这一契机,经管类硕士的培养目标应该是应用型、创业型的高级专门人才;在培养方式上实行弹性学制,改革课程教学,构建联合培养模式,建设双导师制度;在创新质量评价上要改革中期筛选制度,重新明确论文质量标准,创新论文评阅与答辩。

China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has established officially,then our country need more advanced pragmatic talents who major in economics and management.In order to grasp this good opportunity,the cultivation objective of economics and management students is to cultivate applied,entrepreneurial talents;the cultivation method is to carry out flexible educational system,reform curricular instruction,construct union cultivation model,and double instructor system;the innovative quality evaluation is to reform middle-term screening system,redefine quality standard of thesis,innovate feedback and oral defense of thesis.
