摘要
针对大规模定制生产模式下产品配置求解的特点,提出一种基于混合蚁群算法的产品配置求解方法。该方法将配置过程分为两层,首先采用模糊综合评判法等技术构建过滤器,以缩小配置空间和建立合理的配置空间逻辑结构;进而基于蚁群优化配置算法,实现产品的优化配置。最后给出了自吸泵产品配置求解的应用实例。
Aiming at the feature of product configuration in mass customization production model,it puts forward the configuration method based on ants algorithms.This method divides the configuration process as two layers,uses the fuzzy judgement to build the filtration.This decreases the configuration space and establishes rational logic structure.The ants-based configuration algorithms can optimize the product configuration.The self-drinking pump shows the application result.
