摘要
在结构零部件设计中,减轻结构重量、提高可靠性、降低制造成本已经成为产品设计过程中的重要设计主题。以拱桥加固中的桁架为研究对象,利用CAE技术分析桁架在各个工况下的应力、变形及其分布规律,根据分析结果提出满足结构刚度、强度要求的较优结构。
The important sign of product innovation is the supurior to exploit function,better further manufacture function and the lower cost.It takes the truss of bridge as an example,illustrates the strength,stiffness and the dynamics distribution.The results shows that the method has very important value on developing the research of the structure topology optimization.
