摘要
就业歧视已经成为我国一个重要的社会问题。随着扩招,针对研究生的就业歧视更加突出。从研究生就业现状出发,分析研究生就业中各种歧视现象,分析其内在原因,并针对性的提出相应建议。
The discrimination in employment has been a social problem.With the increased enrollment of university,the discrimination in employment of graduates is more and more serious.From the current situation of employment of graduates,the varieties of discrimination in employment of graduates have been analyzed.And some advice has been given based on the analyses of the origin of the discrimination in employment.
