摘要
以凹凸棒为载体,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备复合材料光催化剂凹凸棒/TiO2,利用SEM、FI-IR对复合材料结构进行了表征,通过分析苯酚的光催化降解,评价其光催化活性,研究了凹凸棒载体粒度、凹凸棒掺杂量、紫外光照等因素对光催化降解效果的影响.实验结果表明:凹凸棒粒度为0.077 mm,m凹凸棒/mTiO2质量比为5∶1时复合材料光催化降解苯酚的效果最佳;紫外光照射对复合材料去除苯酚的效果无明显影响.
With attapulgite as a carrier, attapulgite and TiO2 were prepared by sol-gel methods,and the composite material was characterized by the scanning electron telescope (SEM) and FI-IR. Different quantities of attapuigite and the phenol adsorption capacity of composite materials of different mass ratios were studied. The results showed that the composite material has the best photocatalytic degradation ability when the size of the attapulgite is 0. 077mm and rnhav/mT,% 5 : 1. The effect of ATP/ TiO2 composite materialsto degrade the phenol in the LIV light irradiation is best but the UV irradiation has no obvious effect.
