中西医结合治疗男性不育症121例的卫生经济学评价

Integrative treatment of male infertility in 121 cases of health economic evaluation

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗男性不育症的疗效与卫生经济学评价。方法:将精液异常导致男性不育症患者360例随机分为3组。第1组118例,采用常规西药治疗;第2组121例,采用四子种王胶囊治疗;第3组121例,采用常规西药加四子种王胶囊治疗。各组均以90 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后,对比3组患者精子密度、精子活力、配偶妊娠率,并记录其治疗、检查费用,用成本效果分析找出最优治疗方案。结果:妊娠率、精子活力、精子密度比较,差异有统计学意义(a、c、eP<0.01,b、d、fP<0.05),第3组均优于第1、第2组。结论:中西医结合治疗方法可改善男性不育症患者精子活力,提高男性不育症的治愈率,且治疗的成本效果最优。

Objective： To investigate the treatment of male infertility Integrative Medicine efficacy and health economic evaluation.Methods： Patients with abnormal sperm result in 360 cases of male infertility were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group 1 118 cases,the use of conventional western medicine;121 patients in group 2,with four sub-species of king capsule;121 patients in group 3,the use of conventional western medicine plus four sub-species of king capsule.Each group 90 d as a course of treatment after a course of treatment,compared to 3 patients sperm concentration,sperm motility,spouse,pregnancy rate,and record their treatment,examination fees,cost-effectiveness analysis used to identify the optimal treatment.Results： The pregnancy rate,sperm motility,sperm density,the difference was statistically significant（^a,c,eP〈0.01,^b,d,fP〈0.05）,group 3 is better than 1,Group 2.Conclusion： Integrative treatment can improve sperm motility in infertile men to improve the cure rate of male infertility,and the optimal cost-effectiveness of treatment.
