HPLC法测定医痫丸中刺囊酸的含量

Determination of Medicine Pill Capsule acid content in the gill by HPLC

目的:建立测定医痫丸中刺囊酸含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为ZORBAX-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸二氢钾溶液(64∶36,磷酸调pH=3.2),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长为215 nm。结果:刺囊酸在3.16-63.2μg.mL-(1r=0.9996)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD%为1.43%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To determine the health pill in the gill pouch acid method.Methods： HPLC,column was ZOR-BAX-C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（64∶36,phosphoric acid pH=3.2）,flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1,column temperature： 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 215 nm.Results： The acid in the gill pouch 3.16-63.2 μg·mL^-1（r=0.9996） concentration range of a good linear relationship,the average recovery was 98.8%,RSD% was 1.43%.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the preparation of quality control.
