摘要
现场安装振动数据采集器对输油泵机组进行日常的在线数据采集,使用XPR300软件进行故障分析,判断输油泵的故障。鲁宁输油处共有输油泵机组59台,根据测得的振动信号通过频谱、时域波形、轴心轨迹进行了分析,分析数据变化趋势,判断故障原因,并进行了相应的处理。
Collecting the data of oil transfer pump on line by field installation of vibrating data acquisition unit.Conducting malfunction analysis by using the software of XPR300 to determine the malfunction of oil transfer pump.Lu Ning oil transfer office owns 59 sets of oil transfer pump unit.applying the frequency spectrum,time domain waveform and axis orbit to analyze the changing trend of data and judge the reason of malfunction according to vibrating signal,and make the proper treatment.
