摘要
研究了不同采收期对南国梨果实糖酸组成成分及含量的影响。结果表明:不同采收期不影响南果梨的产量,但影响果实糖、酸的组成成分及含量;适当晚收有利于提高果实总糖、总酸、果糖、蔗糖、柠檬酸及苹果酸的含量,降低果实中奎宁酸的含量,有利于提高果实的品质和风味。
The effect of different time harvest in sugar,acid of Nanguo pear fruit were studied. The results Showed that the different time harvest did not effect Nanguoli pear production, but effect the content of sugar, sour in fruit. Appropriate later harvest benefit to improve the content of total sugar, total acid, fructose, sucrose, critric acid and malic acid, decreased the content of quinate,and benefit to improve the quality and flavor of fruit
