春兰与墨兰杂交种子无菌萌发研究 被引量:5

摘要 以春兰品种宋梅与墨兰品种白墨的杂交种子为试材,对其杂交种子萌发规律进行研究。探讨不同生长阶段、不同培养基对种子无菌萌发的影响。结果表明:春兰和墨兰的杂交率为100%;果实的最佳发育时间是65-150d;果龄170d时,种子的最佳萌发率为53%;果实在130d时,种子的萌发时间最短,仅96d。 Taking the pollination seed as test pieces,Cymbidium faberi 'songmei' and C. sinense 'baimo' were employed as parents,and to study the rule of pollination seed about aseptic germination. The development stage,different culture medium were design to study the effeets. The results showed that the hybrid rate were 100 % ;the fruit best growth time was 65-150 days;the best germination rate was 53% ,when the harvest time was 170 day,if the harvest time was 130 day,the germination time of seed was shortest,only 96 days.
