添加不同氮源对紫铜色松乳菇菌丝生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究在PDA培养基中添加不同氮源对紫铜色松乳菇菌丝的生长速度和干重的影响。结果表明:在PDA培养基中添加KN03和牛肉膏菌丝生长速度最快。添加酵母膏与和牛肉膏菌丝的干重最重,综合分析,牛肉膏不仅使菌丝生长快,而且菌丝生长浓密,干重最重,所以最适宜紫铜色松乳菇的生长,适宜浓度0.1%~O.5%,有机氮源比无机氮源更适宜紫铜色松乳菇的生长。 The influence for purple bronze Lactarius deliciosus the hypha's growth and dry matter weight was PDA culture medium with the different nitrogen source were studied. The growth speed of hypha was fast in PDA medium with KNO3. Analysis by synthesis,the hypha was not only with fast growing speed but the dense mass and dry matter weight on PDA medium with beef extrac, it was more suitable for the growth of Lactarius deliciosus hypha, it concentration about 0. 1% -0. 5 % was more suited for hypha's growth,PDA medium with organic nitrogen was more suitable for the growth of hypha than that with inorganic.
