摘要
对岩木瓜果实的营养成分及食用的急性毒性进行了测定。结果表明,岩木瓜果实的灰分为6.19%,蛋白质质量分数为2.9%,脂肪质量分数为8.9%,维生素C为162 mg.kg-1,有机酸质量分数为0.48%,可溶性糖为10.1%,矿质元素含量丰富。岩木瓜对小鼠的急性毒性实验表明,岩木瓜无毒,可作为食品开发。
The nutrition composition and acute toxicity of Ficus tsiangii fruit were detected.The results showed that the fruit had the ash of 6.19%,protein of 2.93%,oil of 8.9%,vitamin C of 16.2mg/100g,organic acid of 0.48% and the soluble sugar of 10.1%.The contents of mineral elements were abundant.The acute toxicity test in mice indicated that the that the fruit had no toxicity,which suggested that the fruit could be developed as food.
