摘要 氨基酸作为蛋白质的基本组成单位,为促进生长,进行正常代谢,维持生命活动提供重要的物质基础。而处于疾病状态下的人群,对于氨基酸更是有着特殊的需要,不仅需要从食物中摄取氨基酸,还需要通过静脉给予氨基酸来满足机体的需要甚至达到治疗疾病的目的。本文综述氨基酸注射液在肝脏、肾脏、呼吸道和消化道疾病,以及儿科营养中的应用。 As the basic unit of protein,amino acids provide an important material basis for promoting the growth,proceeding normal metabolism and sustaining vital movement.People in disease state have the special need for the amino acids.They not only need to intake the amino acid from food,but also need to give the amino acid infusion to satisfy the need of organism,even to achieve goals for treating disease.In this article,the specific applications of the amino acid in liver disease,kidney disease,disease of digestive tract,respiratory tract disease and pediatric nutrition are reviewed.
