摘要
金矿尾矿和工业废渣危害自然环境,需合理利用。对金矿尾矿和石油焦脱硫灰渣制备新型砂浆进行试验研究。研究结果表明,在胶砂比为1∶1时可制备出M10的石油焦脱硫灰渣-尾矿砂浆,利用石油焦脱硫灰渣、水泥和尾矿可以制备出M15、M10和M5.0的砂浆,尾矿砂浆的需水量偏大,石油焦脱硫灰渣可有效抑制尾矿砂浆的收缩。
Tailings of gold mines and industrial solid waste are endangering the natural environment,which need to be reused reasonably. This paper studies the process of new type mortar manufactured by tailiugs of gold mines and desulphurized ash and dregs from power plant used fuel oil (DADFO). The results show that:the MIO DADFO-tailings mortar could be made when the C/S ratio is l:l:mortar of different strength grade (M15,M10 and M5.0) could be made with DADFO,cement and tailings;tailings mortar is larger in demand for water;DADFO could restrain shrinkage ratio of tailings mortar effectively.
