摘要 以少量水溶性聚合物改性剂,再掺入一定量的活性成分、膨胀成分配制成聚合物修补砂浆,分析了不同组分对修补砂浆性能的影响及作用机理。制备的聚合物修补砂浆14 d拉伸粘结强度为1.66 MPa,28 d抗折、抗压强度分别为11.4、42.6 MPa,吸水率仅为6.5%,满足钢筋混凝土基底修补对砂浆的要求。 Polymer repair mortar was made with small amount of water-soluble polymer modifier, and a certain amount of active ingredient and expansion component. The effect of various components to repair mortar and their action mechanisms were analyzed. The tensile bond strength of the prepared polymer repair mortar after 14 d was 1.66 MPa, the flexural and compressive strength after 28 d were 11.4 MPa and 42.6 MPa respectively,and the water absorption rate was only 6.5%,meeting the require- ments of reinforced concrete base repair on mortar.
