摘要
研究了活性污泥蛋白质的发泡性能,探讨了三乙醇胺和十二烷基苯磺酸钠2种改性剂对发泡剂发泡性和泡沫稳定性的改善效果,并将其应用于制备泡沫混凝土砌块。研究结果表明,活性污泥蛋白质浓度为2%,搅拌转速1000 r/min,搅拌时间15 min时,发泡剂的发泡性能和泡沫稳定性较好;三乙醇胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠对发泡剂的发泡性能和泡沫稳定性有改善作用,三乙醇胺的最佳掺量为2%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的最佳掺量为0.7%。
The foaming performance of active sludge protein was studied,effects of triethanolamine and alkyl benzene snlfonat on improving foaming performance and foam stability of active sludge protein foaming agent were discussed and foamed concrete blocks were prepared. The results show that: the foaming performance and foam stability is good when the concentration of activated sludge protein is 2%,stirring speed is 1000 r/min and stirring time is 15 rain. Triethanolamine and alkyl benzene sulfonat can improve foaming performance and foam stability,optimal amount of triethanolamine is 2% and optimal amount of alkyl benzene sulfonat is 0.7%.
