废轮胎橡胶粉改性地聚物水泥砂浆路用性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 地聚物具有强度高及耐久性优良的特点,但脆性较大,使其应用受到限制,如掺入橡胶粉等柔性体,则可有效降低其脆性,使韧性得到提高。研究在地聚物水泥砂浆中以等体积取代砂的方式加入由废旧轮胎破碎得到的橡胶粉,并对改性砂浆的路用性能进行测试。实验表明,当橡胶粉取代量为15%时,所配制的砂浆28 d抗折强度和抗压强度分别达到6.5 MPa和30.0 MPa,且动弹模量大幅下降,具有一定的减振降噪效果。 The geopolymer has high strength and excellent durability,but huge brittle,so its application is limited. If soft material like rubber powder is added in it,the brittle of the mortar can be declined,while the roughness improved suffieiently. In this article, rubber powder made by recycled tires was added in the form of equivalent volume replacement of fine aggregate in the geopolymer cement mortar, and then the application properties for pavement of this material were tested. The result showed that when the replacement was 15% ,the 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength were up to 6.5 MPa and 30.0 MPa respectively. Meantime the dynamie elastic modular was decreased, which means reducing noise in some extent.
