摘要 针对滚动轴承磨削过程中工艺方案选择困难等问题,在集成实例推理(CBR)与规则推理(RBR)各自优点的基础上,引入基于实例推理-规则推理的集成推理技术。在此基础上,采用C++ Builder作为开发平台,InterBase作为数据库管理工具,开发了滚动轴承磨削工艺专家系统,并将该系统应用于轴承零件6202/02的磨削工艺方案选择,实验结果表明该推理方法可行有效。 The process selection of rolling bearing grinding was aimed at,on the basis of synthesizing the advantages of Case-Based Reasoning(CBR) and Rule-Based Reasoning(RBR),the CBR-RBR integrated inference was introduced.On this basis,by using C++ Builder 6.0 as a development platform and InterBase as a database management tool,a rolling bearing grinding process expert system was established.By applying this system to the grinding process selection of bearing part 6202/02,the experimental results showed that the system was feasible and effective.
