摘要
基于模糊可靠性理论,充分考虑机械工作过程中的模糊因素,探讨了由随机变量和模糊变量构建的组合模型,对多功能玉雕机空心主轴进行了模糊可靠性优化设计,提高了玉雕机主轴设计质量。通过实际使用证明了该设计方法的先进性、可靠性和实用性,为多功能玉雕机主轴以及其他机械产品的设计提供了一种新的方法。
On the basis of theory of fuzzy reliablility and took into the indeterminate element while the machine works,we developed an optimization design way to the spindle of Multifunctional Jade Sculpture by combined random and fuzzy variable.The example of this analysis described that,besides the improvement of the mechanical design quality,the optimization design basis of the theory of fuzzy reliablilty reflected the needs of staff and users.It provides a new approach to the design of the multifunctional jade sculpture machine and other mechanical products.
