摘要
为了适应数控维修技术教学的需要,根据数控机床组成原理,研制开发出一种新型的数控实训设备,该设备能够完成数控机床中机械、电气、液压、气动、传感检测、数控系统等方面的实验和实训项目,阐述了该设备的研制开发思路、关键技术及主要单元部分的设计过程,为以后进行相关设备的研制打下基础。
In order to meet the needs of CNC maintenance technology teaching,according to the principle of CNC machine components,a new kind of CNC training equipment is developed,this device can complete experimental and practical project of NC machine tools in such aspects as mechanical,electrical,hydraulic,pneumatic,sensing detection and NC system.This paper expounds the developing ideas of the equipment,the key technology and the main part of the design process,lay a foundation for later development of related equipment.
