摘要
对于精度要求很高、超出机床加工范围的大圆周分布孔,通过多次装夹、测量弦长、分段加工的方法,可以在较小的坐标镗床上完成加工。建立了测量基准,设计了定位夹紧方案,指出弦长误差和直径误差不相等,推导了弦长误差和工件公差之间的关系式,得出了控制分布圆直径误差测量弦长尽量长、控制角度误差测量弦长尽量短的结论,使加工方案可行。
For high precision,large diameter circular distribution holes,which far beyond the scope of the machining,by repeatedly clamping,measuring chord length,sub-processing methods,process can be done on a smaller jig borer.Established benchmarks,designing orientation clamping program,pointing out that chord error is not equal to the diameter error,deriving the ralationship between chord error and the workpiece tolerances,obtaining that diameter error measurement chord length should be as long as possible,angle error measurement chord length should be as short as possible,at last the process scheme is concluded to be feasible.
