以大型复杂结构的塑料托盘为例,系统地介绍了综合使用Moldflow CAD Doctor及Moldflow Plastics Insight软件将三维CAD模型转换为可供注塑成形分析的FEA模型,对于建立复杂塑件成形分析的FEA模型具有一定的借鉴意义。

Taking a large plastic pallet as an example,this paper introduces how to covert CAD model to FEA mo-del by using Moldflow CAD Doctor software and Moldflow Plastics Insight software,which gives some references for the establishment of complex plastic parts FEA model.
