管道中油携水流动时的水相界面分布模型 被引量:8

摘要 成品油管道低洼处积水引起的腐蚀产物堵塞管道事故,严重威胁管道的正常运行。为研究管道中油携水作用机理,根据适用于油水两相共存于同一管路中的两流体模型,提出了水相厚度梯度的计算公式,对不同倾角管道中油流携带积水时水相界面的分布进行了理论分析,发现物性参数和管道倾角均能影响水相界面的分布,分析结果可以很好地指导实验方案的制定。实验中应记录油品的温升,进而确定物性的变化。另外,在管道倾角较小时,应减小倾角的变化量;管道倾角较大时,应增大倾角的变化量。 Refined oil pipeline operation will be threatened by corrosion products from the water at low spot which block the products pipeline.To study the mechanism of pipeline with water inside,the calculation formula of water phase thickness gradient is given according to the two-phase model that is applicable to oil-water two-phase coexistence in one pipe.The phase interfaces of water carried by oil in different inclination pipeline are all analyzed theoretically,and the experiment program can be guided by the analysis results.The temperature rise in experiment should be recorded to confirm the physical properties changes.Moreover.the variable range of inclination should be decreased when the inclination is small and vice versa.
