体育赛事举办对市民公共文明行为与综合满意度指数影响的研究

The Study of Sports Events Held in Public Civilization Behavior and the Comprehensive Public Satisfaction Index Effects

采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,以体育赛事的举办对市民公共文明行为与综合满意度指数的影响进行研究。结果显示:体育赛事的举办对市民公共文明行为的提升有着积极的促进作用,具体表现在公共场所卫生、公共交通秩序、赛场的文明行为状况明显好转,公共互助行为逐渐增多;体育赛事的举办有效的提升了市民综合满意度指数,影响较大的指标依次为健康感指数、满足感指数、成就感指数、向心感指数、愉悦感指数、富裕感指数、认同感指数、安全感指数和体育文化提升指数。

Adopting literature,questionnaire,the paper undertake large-scale sports city as the research object,the residents of the sports events held in public civilization behavior and comprehensive public satisfaction index was studied.The results showed that the sports competitions held for citizens of a civilized behavior public promotion,promoting the specific performance in public health,public traffic,game behavior situation improved obviously,civilized behavior gradually increasing public assistance,Sports competitions held up the effective public satisfaction index,comprehensive index of influence in healthy feeling satisfaction index,index,the index,the heart feeling towards satisfaction index,the index of pleasure,rich sense index,index,the safety index and a sense of sports culture promotion index.
