摘要
本文对新时期我国教练员知识需求、结构与教练员的培养进行了研究。研究认为:目前我国教练员知识结构存在知识范围过窄、领域单一、结构失衡等不足,在教练员培养上存在一定的问题;本文提出了加强陈述性知识学习、提高程序性知识能力、增加默许性知识的建议,并对教练员有效培养途径以及应解决的问题进行了探讨。
Through the literature material,the investigation,the Mathematical Statistics law raised to the new time our country trainer knowledge structure as well as the trainer conducts,the research had thought that,At present our country trainer knowledge structure existence knowledge scope narrow excessively,the domain sole,the structure is unbalanced,raises in the trainer on lacks the effective action;Proposed strengthens the statement declarative knowledge study,sharpens the procedural knowledge ability,increase the scientific consented to the tacit knowledge,and effectively raised the way to the trainer to carry on the description.
