摘要
多发性硬化症(MS)的表达蛋白组学研究成果为MS的诊断和预防提供了新途径。针对血清以及脑脊液的样品制备,蛋白质离析与鉴定方法得到了改进,更多MS的诊断标志和新药标靶也逐步被人们发现。同时,蛋白微阵列新技术的应用有助于确定自身免疫疾病潜在的自身抗体和相关的自身抗原,并且增强对治疗反应的检测。而人脑蛋白组图谱与蛋白质数据库的逐步完善为针对MS疾病治疗的系统研究奠定了基础。
The expressive proteomic analyses of multiple sclerosis lead to new diagnostic and prognostic tools.Modified methods of sample preparation,protein separation and identification have been available.Some new proteins related to multiple sclerosis have been identified,which are helpful for the diagnosis,treatment and prophylaxis.The application of protein arrays for multiplex characterization of autoantibody responses has proved efficient.The process of mapping the proteome of different brain areas will make it possible for systemic researches of multiple sclerosis.
