摘要 腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术是治疗子宫肌瘤并保留子宫手术的一种常用术式,其微创、术中出血少、康复快等优点已得到普遍认可,但对其手术适应证及卫生经济学的问题尚存有争议。现就腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术及开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术两种术式的适应证、疗效和卫生经济学的问题进行综述。 Laparoscopic myomectomy has been a commonly used procedure of resecting myomas and preserving uterine,due to its well recognized advantages,such as minimally invasiveness,less blood loss,and rapid recovery.However,there are some disputes in its surgical indications and health economics.The surgical indications,therapeutic effects and health economics of both procedures are reviewed in this article.
