偏头痛性眩晕的研究进展

Study Progress in Migrainous Vertigo

作为一个特殊的临床综合征,偏头痛性眩晕(MV)逐渐受到神经科医师的关注。MV的核心症状是反复发作性的前庭性眩晕,可伴有畏光、畏声等类似于偏头痛的伴随症状,且对于抗偏头痛药物有良好反应。MV的病理机制尚不明确,而且国际尚无统一的诊断标准,对其治疗也还需要前瞻性的随机对照研究来进一步确定。在此就MV的病理机制、临床特点、诊断标准及治疗等方面的研究进展予以综述。

As a special clinical syndrome,migrainous vertigo（MV）is drawing more and more attention from neurological doctors.The core symptom of MV is repeated vestibular vertigo with migraine like concomitant symptoms,such as photophobia and phonophobia which are sensitive to anti-migraine drugs.To date,the underlying mechanism for MV is not clear and there are no consensus diagnostic standards world wide.Further more,prospective randomized controlled studies are still needed for the treatment of MV.This article reviewed the pathological mechanism,clinical characteristics,diagnostic standard and treatment of MV in recent years.
