高同型半胱氨酸血症与心脑血管疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 高同型半胱氨酸是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素之一。高同型半胱氨酸与血管内皮损伤、血栓形成、脂质代谢、炎性反应及氧化应激等密切相关,从而导致心脑血管疾病的发生。多数研究认为,心脑血管疾病患者可能从降低同型半胱氨酸水平中获益,但近年来的一些循证医学证据表明,降低同型半胱氨酸水平并不能降低心脑血管事件的发生,现根据目前同型半胱氨酸与心脑血管疾病关系及循证医学证据予以综述。 Currently,extensive researches show that homocysteine is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Hyperhomocysteinemia is closely associated with endothelial injuries,thromboses lipid metabolisms,inflammatory responses,and oxidative stress,leading to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The researchers propose that patients with cardiovascular diseases may benefit from the reduction of homocysteine levels,However,some evidence-based medicine studies in recent years show that lowering homocysteine level does not reduce the occurrences of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.This article focuses on the relationship between homocysteine and cardiovascular diseases and its evidence-based medicine studies.
