摘要
如何对严重创伤患者更加科学、有效地实施大量输血以提高患者生存率和改善患者长期的生存状态,一直是备受全球医学界关注的焦点问题。理想的输血比例和输血模式在不断发展,并在许多方面存在争论,需要大规模的随机对照研究来解决。当前对严重创伤复苏的较为一致的认识是:创伤患者大量出血有其显著特点,应当重视早期改善凝血功能障碍,并按循证医学所能提供的目前最好的证据进行创伤复苏。
How to improve the management of massively transfused patients suffering trauma is always prevailing in the medical field across the globe.The ideal transfusion ratio and model of transfusion in patients with trauma are unclear and controversial.Therefore,the further large-scale random controlled study is required.There are some agreements in resuscitation,such as prevention and early treatment of coagulopathy and establishing evidence-based guidelines for massive transfusion.
