尿肾损伤分子1蛋白与造影剂肾病研究现状

摘要 造影剂肾病(RCIN)是造影剂所致肾损伤,传统的诊断方法主要依赖于血清肌酐水平急剧上升或者尿量的改变,但部分RCIN并不伴有尿量的变化,血清肌酐的升高也滞后于实际肾小球滤过率的下降,这给诊断带来困难。研究表明,尿肾损伤分子1(KIM-1)可能作为RCIN的早期诊断标志之一。为此,对近年KIM-1的结构与功能和KIM-1多态性与RCIN的研究现状进行综述。 Radiocontrast-induced nephropathy(RCIN)was a contrast agent-induced renal impairment,the traditional diagnostic method was primarily dependent on serum creatinine(Scr)level sharply or urine output changes,but some RCIN was not accompanied by changes in the amount of urine,Scr rise also lags actual glomerular filtration rate of decline,and the diagnosis was difficult.The results showed that urinary kidney injury molecule 1(KIM-1)may be used as indicator for the diagnosis of RCIN.Therefore,the research status was reviewed for KIM-1 structure and function,and KIM-1 polymorphism and RCIN in recent years.
