摘要
中耳炎是世界范围内较大的健康问题,咽鼓管结构异常和功能障碍是导致中耳炎发生的重要因素。随着影像学技术的发展,咽鼓管造影术不仅能够反映咽鼓管的结构特点,而且可以很好地评估咽鼓管的通气、保护和廓清功能,从而揭示中耳炎的病因,指导临床中进行腺样体切除、鼓膜置管和鼓室成型术等治疗操作。现就咽鼓管造影术功能检查的新技术、咽鼓管声测法和有限要素模型分析予以综述。
Abnormal structure and disfunction of eustachian tube play an important role in the etiopathogenesise of otitis media,which is a common disease in the worldwide.To date,CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)have been widely used in the examination of eustachian tube.And the application of the radiological technology not only reflects the structure,but also evaluates the ventilatory,protection and clearance functions of eustachian tube.This examination reveals the aetiology of otitis,and guides the treatments of adenoidectomy,tympanoplastic and insertion of tympanostomy tube.This article reviewed some new technology in Eustachian tuble function test,such as Eustachian tube acoustic method,and finite element model analysis.
