彩色AC-PDP充气的优化

摘要 综述充气成分、配比、压强对彩色PDP特性的影响。利用辉光放电管和3英寸AC-PDP表面放电模拟板,测得几种常用气体的DC放电巴邢曲线和AC表面放电的着火电压曲线。结果表明,对AC表面放电的电极系统不符合气体放电相似定律,其着火电压Uf也不符合巴邢定律。为提高亮度和光效,对表面放电AC-PDP,充气压强应选在Uf=f(p)曲线的右支。最后归纳AC-PDP充气的优化步骤。 The effects which are caused by composition,ratio and pressure of the gases filled on the performance of color PDP are reviewed.By a glow discharge tube and 3 in.analogous panel of surface discharge AC PDP,The Paschen curve of firing voltage for DC discharge and the U f= f(p) curve of AC surface discharge for several gas mixtures in common use are measured.The results show that the AC surface discharge electrode system is not conformed to the Analogical law of gas discharge,and the firing voltage is not satisfied with Paschen law.To improve brightness and luminous efficiency of AC PDP,The pressure of the gases filled should be selected at the right branch of the U f= f(p) curve.At last,The procedure of optimization of filling gases are summarized.
