摘要
综述了近十年来国内外有关尖晶石型铁氧体的研究和应用状况，着重介绍了１９９６～１９９８年期间国外有关软磁铁氧体多晶薄膜的成膜技术、物性分析、应用领域、发展前景等方面的最新研究成果。
A review on progress in spinel ferrite films was introduced for recent years.The main contents covered the development of deposition technology,physics properties and applications of ferrite films between 1996 and 1998.
