摘要 研究了BaNi2-xCoxFe16O27(x=0,0.2,0.25,0.4,0.42,0.5,0.84)六角铁氧体多晶材料的磁特性。结果,取向度大于75%,介电损耗小于5×10-3,饱和磁化强度为366kA/m几乎不变,磁晶各向异性场为200kA/m≤Ha≤1140kA/m,这类材料可应用于X至Ka波段的微波器件。 In this paper,The magnetic properties of polycrystalline samples of Ba Ni 2-x Co x Fe 16 O 27 ( x =0,0.2,0.25,0.4,0.42,0.5,0.84)hexagonal ferrites have been investgated. These materials can have high orientation degree ( F >75%) and low dielectric loss ( tg δ ε <5×10 -3 ).Their saturation magnetization is 366A/m.Their magnetocrystalline anisotropy field can be varied from 200kA/m to 1140kA/m.The polycrystalline Ba Ni 2-x Co x Fe 16 O 27 hexagonal ferrites can be used in X and Ka band micrwave devices.
