多作用恒流轴向柱塞泵流量脉动特性分析

Analysis on Flux Pulsant Characteristic of Multiple-action Constant Axial Piston Pump

针对现有的柱塞泵都存在流量脉动的问题,研究能实现无脉动输出的多作用恒流轴向柱塞泵。参考现有柱塞泵与马达的相关参数,对该泵典型多作用曲线的无脉动输出特性进行数值模拟,为此类新型泵的进一步研究提供参考。

There is flow fluctuation in all the existed axial piston pumps＇ output.The multiple-action constant axial piston pump was researched which could realize no pulse output.Referring to the relevant parameters of existed piston pumps and motors,a numerical simulation about the pulse characteristics of the pump＇s typical curve was made.It provides reference for the further research of the new type pump.
