摘要
气液变换装置作为轨道交通的核心制动部件,关系到轨道交通车辆的安全。介绍单轨车辆气液变换装置试验台测控系统的设计,并采用测量气室活塞位移的方式来间接测量气体、液体流量。该系统具有检测精度高、自动化程度高的特点。
Air-hydraulic converter is a core braking component of monorail transportation,which relates to the safety of monorail transportation vehicles.The design of the measuring and controlling system of the monorail vehicle air-hydraulic converter testing equipment was introduced.The flows of the air and hydraulic oil were tested through indirectly testing displacement of the pistons.The system has the characteristics of high automation and high precision.
