摘要
分析跨座式单轨轨道交通公司提供的车辆运行及转向架各试验参数,设计可以模拟车辆实际运行情况的轻轨车辆转向架综合试验台的液压传动及控制系统。根据转向架综合试验测试参数及测试方法搭建液压回路,运用电液比例技术对液路进行精确控制。阐述试验台液压系统各子系统的原理及特点,运用AMES im进行加载回路和调速回路仿真分析,结果表明系统满足转向架试验台工作要求。
The hydraulic system of comprehensive test-bed of light rail vehicle bogie,which could imitate the real condition of running vehicle,was designed based on analyzing the parameters of bogie of the light rail which were supplied by some metro company.According to the target parameters of comprehensive test-bed and test method,the hydraulic loop was set up.Using the electro-hydraulic proportional technology,the hydraulic loop was controlled accurately.The principle and characteristics of the hydraulic system of comprehensive test-bed were expounded.Using AMESim software,the simulations of the load loop and speed governing loop were made.The results show that the designed system satisfies the requirement of the comprehensive test-bed of vehicle bogie.
