摘要 以全自动陶瓷液压压砖机液压试验台为研究对象,阐述其基本构成和工作原理。以AMESim作为仿真平台,基于HCD库建立试验台液压系统的关键元件子模型,以此搭建完整的试验台压制回路仿真系统,设置模型的主要参数并进行动态仿真,仿真结果与试验台的现场试验结果进行对比,研究液压缸位移及其工作腔压力等重要参数。结果表明:仿真与试验结果基本吻合,验证仿真模型的正确性,为压砖机液压系统的进一步研究及性能优化提供理论依据。 Take the test-bed for the full automatic hydraulic tile press as an example,the basic composition and working principle of the test-bed were introduced.Selecting AMESim as simulation platform,the key component model of the test-bed was built based on HCD database.A complete hydraulic simulation system was built.The main parameters were set and the dynamic simulations of the hydraulic system were made.The important parameters,such as the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder,the pressure of the working cavity,were analyzed through comparing the simulation results with the experimental results.The result shows that the simulation data and the test data are same basically,the correctness of the simulation model is verified.
