摘要
通过对国内外各种船台合拢设备的分析,结合模块化设计思想,设计一种大吨位船体分段自动合拢液压工作系统,自动完成船体分段的顶举、平移、位姿调整和高精度合拢对中。介绍该工作系统的构成、工作原理和控制方法。试验结果表明,该工作系统满足大推力、高定位精度及负荷均载的要求。
By analysing imported assembling equipment of ship block,combining the modularized design method,an advanced automatic assembling hydraulic system for large ship was developed to move and lift the different parts of big ship,adjust their postures,fit all of them together automatically.The main principle,system composition and control methods of the system were described.The experimental results show that the system has some advantages such as big power,high position accuracy and load even.
