高压共轨系统柱塞泵选型与共轨管路分析 被引量:5

摘要 通过AMESim仿真软件建立某型高压共轨柴油机供油系统模型,对高压共轨系统进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明共轨管的内径、长度以及柱塞泵柱塞的数量对压力建立时间和压力波动幅值都有较大的影响,通过改变共轨管参数和柱塞泵结构可以使系统压力更加稳定。在数值仿真的基础上,选择能保证系统压力稳定的五柱塞泵结构,并给出较合理的共轨管参数,为高压共轨柴油机供油系统的设计提供参考。 A fuel supplying system model of high pressure injection system for diesel engine was built using AMESim,and it was researched by simulation.The simulation results show that the diameter,the length of common-rail pipeline and the number of piston in piston pump have a great influence on the time of pressure setting up and the amplitude of pressure fluctuation.The pressure of system is more stable by changing parameters of common-rail pipeline and the structure of piston pump.Based on numerical analysis,five piston pump was selected which could guarantee the stability of the system pressure,and the more reasonable parameters of common-rail pipeline were got.
