摘要
通过对高性能加工中心的伺服进给传动系统主要部件伺服电机、滚珠丝杠螺母副的设计选型过程进行理论分析,基于VC++和SQL数据库技术实现选型自动化系统。只需输入设计和选型参数,系统自动计算、校核和查表,选出满足条件的型号。该系统可提高设计效率和质量,界面友好直观。
Through the theoretical analysis of the design selection process of the main components of servo feed system in high-performance numerical control machining center such as servo motor,ball screw pair,an automatic selection system was built based on VC++ and SQL database technology.Inputting the parameters of design and selection,the calculation,examination and checking forms were made automatically to select demanded model.The system can improve the design efficiency and quality.Its interface is friendly.
