摘要
鉴于目前轴流转桨式水轮机的各种主轴密封存在诸多问题,介绍一种适用于轴流转桨式水轮机的主轴密封方式———叶片密封,介绍其工作原理、结构特点和在某水电站的应用。实践证明,该密封可以较好地解决轴流转桨式水轮机的密封问题,大大减少水轮机停机时间和维修费用。
Several kinds of sealing of the Kaplan turbine exist a good many problems.A new type seal form-blade roots sealing used for Kaplan turbine was introduced.Its working principle,structural features and application in some hydropower station were introduced.The practice prove that the kind of seal can solve preferably the problem of shaft sealing of Kaplan turbine and turbine downtime and maintenance costs are reduced significantly.
