摘要
[目的]研究在池栽试验条件下,不同灌溉量对冬小麦旗叶叶绿素荧光特性、籽粒产量的影响。[方法]试验在山东农业大学实验农场进行,选取高产小麦品种济麦20为试验材料。在拔节和开花期进行不同的灌溉量处理,于开花期测定小麦旗叶叶绿素荧光特性。[结果]随灌溉量的增加,小麦旗叶叶绿素荧光动力学参数Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo增加,Fo降低,说明灌水有利于叶片进行充分的光合作用,减缓叶片的光抑制程度和衰老进程。[结论]2次灌溉总量为60 mm(每次灌30 mm)的籽粒产量最高,为最佳灌溉量。
[Objective] With trough-cultured experiment,the effects of different irrigation quantity on the chlorophyll fluorescence of winter wheat flag leaves and the grain yield were studied.[Method]Research was carried out at Experiment Station of Shandong Agriculture University by different irrigation quantity.A winter wheat cultivar with high grain yield and strong gluten viz.Jimai20 was selected in the study.The chlorophyll fluorescence of flag leaf after anthesis was measured.[Result] With the increase of irrigation quantity,Fm,Fv,Fv /Fm,Fv /Fo increased,but Fo reduced.It was possible for flag leaves to absorb more light energy for photosynthesis,and reduce the light inhibition extent and senescence at late filling stage.[Conclusion]The treatment of total irrigation 60 mm(each 30 mm)had the highest grain yeild,which was the appropriate irrigation.
