摘要
[目的]探讨镍胁迫对玉米萌发和早期生长的影响。[方法]通过水培法培养,测定不同浓度镍胁迫下玉米种子萌发率、根长和茎长。[结果]高浓度的镍(50、100 mg/L)对玉米种子萌发具有推迟作用,所有镍浓度下的玉米种子在播种后第4天开始正常萌发;玉米根长、茎长与镍浓度呈显著负相关关系(P<0.05);重金属镍对玉米各生长指标的抑制作用顺序为根>茎>种子萌发率。[结论]玉米根生长是镍对玉米毒性反应的首要指标。
[Objective] To discuss the effect of nickel stress on germination and seedling growth of maize.[Method] By employing hydroponic culture,the germination rate,root length and shoot length of maize were determined.[Result] The germination of maize seed was delayed when treating with nickel of high concentration(50 and 100 mg/L),and all the seeds germinated in the 4th day after being sowed.There was a negative correlation between root length,shoot length and concentration of nickel(P0.05).Effect order of nickel on each growth index was determined to be root shoot seed germination rate.[Conclusion] Root growth of maize is the main indicator that reflects the nickel toxicity to maize.
