摘要 [目的]加快金叶山梅花繁殖速度,扩大其应用。[方法]以金叶山梅花的茎尖及带腋芽的幼嫩茎段为外植体,进行组织培养,以找出最适合其生长的培养基。[结果]金叶山梅花的启动培养基为MS+0.05 mg/L NAA+0.50 mg/L 6-BA,启动率达100.0%;最佳增殖培养基为MS+0.05 mg/L NAA+0.50 mg/L 6-BA,增殖系数为3.40;以1/2MS+0.50 mg/L NAA作为生根培养基,生根率可达100.0%。上述条件培养得到的幼苗,移栽时以草炭土为基质,成活率达92%以上。[结论]填补了我国对金叶山梅花快繁生产研究的空白,为其工厂化生产提供了参考。 [Objective] The multiplication of Philadelphus coronarius 'Aureus' was sped up for its extensive application through the experiment.[Method] The best media for the stem-tip and tender stem segment of axillary bud of Philadephus coronarius 'Aureus' as explants culturing was experimented.[Result] The results showed that initial medium of Philadephus coronarius 'Aureus' was MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L+6-BA 0.50 mg/L with the induction rate of 100%;the best proliferation medium was MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L+6-BA 0.50 mg/L with the multiplication coefficient of 3.40;and the rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.50 mg/L with the rooting rate of 100.0%.The plantlet was transplanted in the medium with the peat as matrix and its survival rate was up to 92%.[Conclusion] The technique filled in the blank of rapid Philadelphus coronarius 'Aureus' multiplication in China,which provided a reference for industrial production.
